Vajra Yoga & Meditation (VY&M) integrates Buddhist meditation and philosophy directly into the practice of (hatha) yoga. This approach awakens us to the inseparability of body, mind and heart, and educates the mind to explore the space that opens within us through regular practice of yoga postures.

By nurturing this awareness and experience of the body as the home for the mind, we can arrive at a state of health, well-being and self-knowledge regardless of the condition of our physical bodies.

Our trainings are ideal for aspiring teachers desiring to take these practices into communities where they aren’t normally found. Vajra is the ideal practice for anyone wishing to live life more fully through the experience of yoga and meditation.
